Studying with Ziggie Bergman and learning by practising on myself has been helping me through a particularly stressful time with a cottage flood insurance claim.

My body doesn’t manage stress well and I’ve had more frequent headaches and an upset tummy.  When you feel overwhelmed tapping can help your body to open up and let go.  

 

By adding affirmations to the tapping it becomes EFT - Emotional Freedom Therapy.  Finding the affirmations for me has been tricky but it’s important to persevere. 

 

Ziggie advises “your body expresses what your mind suppresses”.   

 

Tapping the top of the head gives you a B12 boost and is helpful for headaches, menopause brain fog, anxiety and sleep.

 

Eyebrow tapping may help trauma, peace and emotional healing.
