Nutrition has very powerful effect on your health. A correct diet may help reduce inflammation and pain in joints. The information below gives anecdotal stories in which people reduced pain and inflammation by changing to low carbohydrate diets.

People who have been successful in reducing inflation and joint pain have reduced or eliminated the following foods:

Summary: Eating real food with less than 50g per day of carbohydrates will reduce insulin resistance, inflammation and may help joint pain. A side effect of this diet is increased satiety which can help with weight loss.
