At the end of August 2022 Colin, Seonaid and Robert moved to The Isle of Skye

for a complete lifestyle change. A swap was required, Seonaid would work as a Reflexologist. Colin would be the main parent/carer for Robert and study to

become a Nutrition Coach.

Our definition of "Wellness" is making small changes every day in pursuit of a

healthier lifestyle.

Our happiest time as a family was when Colin was on COVID19 furlough from his

job as a Project Engineer. A seed was planted, Colin's "radical plan" created - would
